1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Profficity AI Code Analyzer, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Service Description

Profficity AI Code Analyzer is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that provides:

  • AI-powered code analysis for up to 1,000 lines of code
  • Identification of bugs, security issues, performance problems, and code quality issues
  • Corrected code suggestions
  • Detailed explanations and recommendations

3. User Responsibilities

  • You must provide a valid Gmail address for receiving analysis results
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of the email address provided
  • You must not submit code that violates any laws or third-party rights
  • You must not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account

4. Payment Terms

  • Payment of ₹50 is required per analysis session
  • Each analysis session includes 1 analysis and 1 free regeneration
  • Additional regenerations require a new payment
  • All payments are processed securely through Razorpay
  • Payment is non-refundable once analysis has been completed (see Refund Policy)

5. Code Submission Limits

  • Maximum 1,000 lines of code per submission
  • Code exceeding this limit will be rejected
  • You may submit code in any programming language

6. Email Delivery

  • Analysis results are delivered via email to the Gmail address provided
  • Order details and payment transaction details are also sent to the provided email
  • You are responsible for ensuring the email address is correct
  • The platform is not responsible for issues arising from incorrect email addresses

7. Intellectual Property

  • You retain ownership of the code you submit
  • Analysis results and recommendations are provided for your use
  • The platform and its AI analysis technology are proprietary

8. Service Availability

  • We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
  • We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time
  • Analysis completion times may vary based on system load

9. Limitation of Liability

  • The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
  • We are not liable for any damages resulting from use of the service
  • We are not responsible for loss of data or inability to access results due to incorrect email addresses
  • Analysis results are suggestions and should be reviewed before implementation

10. Privacy

  • Your code and analysis results are kept confidential
  • We do not share your code or results with third parties
  • Email addresses are used solely for delivering analysis results

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
