Refund Policy

Profficity AI Code Analyzer operates on a one-time payment model. Please read the following refund policy carefully:

1. Payment Processing

  • Payment of ₹50 is required before code analysis begins
  • Payment is processed securely through Razorpay
  • Once payment is confirmed, the analysis process begins

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds Will Be Provided For:

  • Service Failure: If the analysis fails to complete due to a technical error on our end
  • Non-Delivery: If analysis results are not delivered to your email within 24 hours of payment (after verification of correct email address)
  • Duplicate Payment: If you are charged twice for the same analysis

Refunds Will NOT Be Provided For:

  • Analysis completed successfully and results sent to email
  • Incorrect email address provided by the user
  • Email delivery issues due to spam filters or user email server problems
  • User dissatisfaction with analysis quality or recommendations
  • Code submission errors or exceeding line limits
  • Change of mind after payment
  • Inability to access email account after submission

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Before Analysis Starts: If you cancel before the analysis begins (payment pending), you may request a refund
  • During Analysis: Once analysis has started, cancellation is not possible
  • After Completion: No cancellations are allowed after analysis is complete

4. Refund Process

  1. Contact our support team at support@profficity.com with your payment transaction ID
  2. Provide details of the issue and reason for refund request
  3. We will review your request within 2-3 business days
  4. If approved, refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days

5. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be considered in exceptional circumstances at our sole discretion.

6. Regeneration Policy

  • One free regeneration is included with each paid analysis
  • Free regeneration cannot be refunded separately
  • Additional regenerations require new payment and are subject to the same refund policy

If you have concerns about your payment or service, please contact us first. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and promptly.
